The Factory @ The 42 Office Building that Rose/deJong call “home” has recently been featured in the Milwaukee Business Journal’s list of Milwaukee’s Coolest Offices.
The article, written by Mark Kass, highlights the building’s transformation from a warehouse for Pabst Brewing into the modern home for a number of tenants including Rose/deJong, the Milwaukee Brewing Company, and restaurant Glass+Griddle, among others. Featuring an interview with building owner, Scott Lurie, the article details the unique approach to space planning, history, and amenities that building provides to its tenants and visitors.
Rob deJong, a founding partner of Rose/deJong, says “we absolutely love the space. We’re not your typical law firm, so taking space in a building that reflected our unique approach to serving our clients was an opportunity that we could not pass up. As any business owner knows, relocating your operations and staff is never an easy process, but this was absolutely worth it. Our team loves it here. Our clients love it here. And, yeah, it’s pretty cool.”
