Cate is a member of the Corporate team at Rose & deJong.  Her practice involves advising clients on a wide range of corporate and business related matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and capitalization and organizational structure.  Cate focuses on drafting and negotiating various business agreements and entity formation agreements. Cate is a graduate of Marquette University Law School, where, in addition to her Juris Doctor, Cate obtained her Masters of Business Administration, which has been an asset to her practice and clients. Prior to law school, Cate earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UW-Lacrosse in 2007, where she was a collegiate gymnast and part of two National Championship teams.

Cate is a member of YACG (Young Association for Corporate Growth) – a professional development group for emerging professionals involved in M&A and corporate growth.
