Civil Litigation, Appellate Litigation
Alan Mazzulla is a member of the firm’s Litigation Team and specializes in the areas of civil and appellate litigation. His practice focuses on representing clients in various complex state and federal civil litigation cases. Trial, appellate and Supreme Court legal brief writing are some of Alan’s specialties.
Prior to joining the Rose and deJong Litigation Team, Alan served as a law clerk with the firm during the summer before his final year of law school, as well as throughout his last year at Marquette University Law School.
While attending Marquette, Alan was named to the Dean’s List and received the Cali Award for Excellence in Legal Analysis, Writing and Research. He was a finalist in Marquette’s Jenkins Honors Moot Court Competition and received the Franz C. Eschweiler Prize for Best Brief. Alan also was a frequent volunteer at the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic’s Milwaukee Justice Center and was inducted into the Marquette Pro Bono Society.
In addition to his law degree, Alan holds a Masters degree in Education from the University of San Diego, as well as a Bachelors degree in English from Loyola University Chicago.
